Job summary

Epiroc in Broken Hill is seeking an experienced Service Technician to service, maintain and repair Epiroc equipment while delivering high-quality support to customers. You will build strong customer relationships, perform field and workshop repairs on surface and underground machines, diagnose complex faults, and adhere to SHEQ/WHS standards as part of a supportive, safety-focused team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Epiroc equipment.
• Trade qualification in Heavy Mobile Equipment.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused with quality commitment.
• Able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and team members.
• Perform specialised repairs, rebuilds and maintenance on surface & underground equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve complex faults.
• Conduct both field and workshop repairs.
• Provide high-level technical support across the region.
• Adhere to all SHEQ and WHS requirements.
