Job summary

Hutcheon and Pearce is seeking a John Deere Service Technician in Condobolin, NSW. This full-time role covers field and workshop work—from routine maintenance to complex repairs—keeping agricultural, construction and forestry equipment running at peak performance.

You'll diagnose faults, maintain records, mentor apprentices, and enjoy a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm schedule with overtime in peak seasons, above-award wages, monthly incentives, and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Trade-qualified in Agriculture, Heavy Vehicle, Automotive or Mobile Plant or similar.
• Current driver’s license.
• Organised, self‑motivated & detail‑focused.
• Great communication & teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair & maintain John Deere agricultural, construction and forestry machinery.
• Diagnose faults and get customers back up and running.
• Keep accurate service records.
• Share knowledge with customers and teammates.
• Help lead and develop our apprentices.
