We’re looking for a skilled professional to bring expertise in undertaking service planning and review, creating efficiencies in business processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The role will also administer Council’s key business process mapping software Prime BPM.

The Service Planning and Improvement Lead is a strategic role which will project manage, guide and provide expertise in understanding and applying service planning and review, and business process improvement. To excel in this position, you will bring strong experience in strategic service planning, service review and business process improvement, with the ability to provide analysis, advice and coordination that supports informed decision-making and aligns activities with Council’s strategic objectives, community priorities and available resources.
You will be skilled at identifying opportunities to improve service effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability and customer outcomes, while working collaboratively with service managers, business process champions and stakeholders to assess, prioritise and implement sustainable improvement initiatives.
