Job summary

Vestas Wind Technology are the leader in wind power solutions, having been the first company to install 200GW of wind turbines globally. This role is essential to the service process, ensuring that our wind farms operate efficiently and safely.

You will work as part of the broader Service Scheduling team while also collaborating independently with site teams to deliver clear and effective planning outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Engineering or equivalent degree.
  • Strong planning and technical understanding essential for success.
  • Proficient in MS Office, SAP and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

  • Balance all assigned territory orders to minimize downtime and maximise productivity.
  • Manage service crew composition and adjust to demand.
  • Plan and monitor tools, parts & services before crew mobilization.
  • Crew schedules are managed on a day-to-day basis.
  • Service schedule aligned with obligations in service contracts.
  • On-time communication to crews and partners.
  • KPIs and PPIs related to Planning & Scheduling are balanced and under control.

This role is essential to the service process, ensuring that our wind farms operate efficiently and safely. You will work as part of the broader Service Scheduling team while also collaborating independently with site teams to deliver clear and effective planning outcomes.


The Vestas Wind Service division provides maintenance and scheduled services to our products on client-owned properties. These wind farms are required to meet agreed KPI's regarding output, downtime, running cost and safety/environmental responsibilities.


This role will be based out of either Jurien Bay or Geraldton depending on the successful candidate's location.
Responsibilities


  • Balance all assigned territory orders to ensure minimum downtime and maximum productivity

  • Service crew composition is up to date and adjusted to demand

  • Tools, parts & services are planned and monitored on time before crew mobilization

  • Crew schedules are managed on a day-to-day basis

  • The service schedule is aligned with the obligations in service contracts

  • On-time communication to crews, and partners is guaranteed

  • KPIs and PPIs related to Planning & Scheduling are balanced and under control


Qualifications
