Service Leader – Kindergarten (3–5 Year)

Full‑time position – Opportunity to Step Into an Educational Leader Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Service Leader with approved early childhood teacher qualifications to join our Concordia Lutheran College Hume Street Kindergarten Service in January 2026.

As our Service Leader, you will provide strong pedagogical and operational leadership, nurture a collaborative team culture, and ensure high‑quality learning outcomes for children aged 3–5 years. This position also plays an important role within Concordia Lutheran College’s master plan, contributing to preparations for the new combined service as we transition to a 3‑room service along with our Warwick Street Kindergarten in 2027.

This role offers the exciting potential to step into the Educational Leader position for the right candidate in 2027, which would continue to include a teaching component as part of the daily responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide pedagogical and operational leadership for the kindergarten service.
• Nurture a collaborative team culture and support staff development.
• Ensure high‑quality learning outcomes for children aged 3–5 years.
• Maintain compliance with early childhood education regulations and frameworks.
• Support the transition to the new combined service and contribute to the master plan.
• Prepare for potential stepping into the Educational Leader role in 2027.

Qualifications
