A leading energy provider is seeking a full-time Service Delivery Officer to support administrative services across their network. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Qualifications include a Certificate III in Business Administration and relevant experience in administrative support. We are currently recruiting a permanent Service Delivery Officer to join our team. This role has a preferred location of Parkes but Coffs Harbour will also be considered.
The Service Delivery Officer reports to the Branch Administration Coordinator and plays a vital role in supporting the delivery of administrative services across the Essential Energy Network Services division.
The Service Delivery Officer provides operational and administrative support to internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely processing of information, contractor claims and stakeholder reporting. This role is key to enabling efficient business operations and maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance.
As a Service Delivery Officer you will bring strong administrative experience, excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem‑solving. You will be confident working independently and collaboratively to deliver high‑quality outcomes in a dynamic environment.
