Description

We are currently recruiting a permanent Service Delivery Officer to join our team. This role has a preferred location of Parkes but Coffs Harbour will also be considered.

The Service Delivery Officer reports to the Branch Administration Coordinator and plays a vital role in supporting the delivery of administrative services across the Essential Energy Network Services division.

The Service Delivery Officer provides operational and administrative support to internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely processing of information, contractor claims and stakeholder reporting. This role is key to enabling efficient business operations and maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative services across the division ensuring efficiency and compliance with privacy and confidentiality standards
  • Liaise with internal departments and customers to support effective service delivery
  • Use business systems to manage and process workplace information in line with policies and procedures
  • Review and process contractor and supplier claims in accordance with procurement and financial governance standards
  • Support change management initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Deliver stakeholder reporting aligned with divisional requirements
  • Participate in training and development to support peak workloads
  • Promote diversity, equity and inclusion in alignment with Essential Energy's Code of Conduct
