Job description

This is for a Fixed Term Full Time appointment until 30September 2027 with the possibility of extension.

To work with us, you must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or have a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment.

Job Profile

The Service Delivery Lead is responsible for ensuring the design and seamless transition of vendor-delivered services across the full lifecycle of the integrated gaming solution, from project design and development through to go-live and operational support. This role acts as a key interface between Lotterywest and the gaming vendor, ensuring that service delivery aligns with contractual obligations, operational readiness criteria, and the broader objectives of the organisation.

We are looking for someone with
  • Demonstrated experience leading IT service delivery and transition in complex, enterprise-scale environments
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL and ability to apply service management frameworks to design and operationalise vendor services
  • Proven capability in stakeholder and vendor management, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in coordinating operational readiness, including training, documentation, and seamless handover to BAU teams
