What You’ll Do
  • Manage client relationships and ensure successful delivery of managed services.
  • Act as the key liaison between clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Oversee incident, escalation, problem, change, and release management within the ITIL framework.
  • Analyze operational data and prepare monthly service reports, including SLA metrics.
  • Lead internal projects focused on automation and process improvement.
  • Coordinate service reviews and resource requests.
  • Provide administrative support, including service board management, knowledge base updates, order processing, and billing.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year experience in service coordination.
  • ITIL 4 Foundation certification.
  • Excellent communication skills—written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and work proactively.
Nice to Have
  • Experience across SMB and Enterprise environments.
  • Cybersecurity exposure or certifications (CompTIA Network+, Security+, vendor certs).
  • Defence force experience.
  • Familiarity with leading security vendors.
