Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and coordinate service appointments, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Act as the primary liaison between customers, technicians, and internal teams.
  • Manage work orders from initiation through to billing, ensuring all aspects are handled promptly.
  • Oversee parts and inventory, ordering and tracking supplies.
  • Maintain detailed records of service operations, customer feedback, and technician activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all service standards and safety regulations.
  • Provide administrative and technical support to service technicians.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and prepare technicians for inductions.
  • Ensure all technicians are familiar with and understand Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) relevant to their tasks.
  • Verify that technicians have all necessary safety equipment and documentation before commencing work.
  • Proactively coordinate and prepare jobs to ensure smooth execution, addressing any potential issues ahead of time.
  • Act as the central point of communication to support technicians and ensure job requirements are met efficiently and safely.
About You:
  • Proven experience as a Service Coordinator or similar role, preferably in a mechanical or technical field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and any relevant software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic environments.
