We are seeking a Service Advisor to join the team at Southport Mazda delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient coordination of vehicle servicing.

What the role entails:

  • Providing the ultimate customer service experience to our clients face to face
  • Building and maintaining positive customer and employee relationships
  • Maintaining regular contact with our customers to provide updates
  • Communicating with internal department teams to make sure all vehicles are completed and ready on time for our customers as promised
  • Handling customer concerns and complaints with prompt solution based outcomes
  • Offering accurate estimates for customers requiring additional work or repairs
  • Ongoing training and development. If you have the desire to grow we will get you there

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor highly desired, or experience in Banking, Real Estate or customer facing roles
  • Excellent customer service with well-developed verbal and written communication skills
  • A proactive person who presents professionally
  • Experience in a department where KPIs are used
  • Experience with Pentana Solutions (Reynolds & Reynolds) highly desired but not essential
  • Ability to sell additional work as required
  • Someone who loves a challenge and has a strong focus in customer experiences
