Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, numeracy and customer service skills.
  • Sound automotive technical knowledge.
  • Current driver's licence.
  • Punctual and reliable.

We are looking for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Service Advisor , to join the team at Ford North Shore . As a Service Advisor, you will be someone who enjoys a challenge, working in a team environment with great customer service skills.

Responsibilities :
  • Act as the first point of contact, you will take care of the customer’s needs ensuring their vehicle is serviced in a timely manner
  • Liaising with the workshop and parts departments
  • Meeting and exceeding manufacturers CSI targets
  • Ensuring the customers are given the best possible customer service experience
  • Quote up repair jobs and liaise with customers
Requirements for the role :
  • Experience in a similar role within a retail automotive service department
  • Excellent communication, numeracy and customer service skills
  • Sound Automotive technical knowledge
  • Knowledge of ERA-Power DMS preferred but not essential
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Current driver’s licence
  • Be able to work in a team environment
  • Demonstrate attention to detail
