Job summary

Law Staff is partnering with a Brisbane firm to appoint an experienced Lawyer to its established Wills & Estates practice. This is an opportunity to work directly with a QLS Accredited Specialist in Succession Law who is consistently recognised for both succession planning and Wills & Estates litigation.

The practice advises across the full spectrum of succession law, from straightforward estate planning to matters involving high-net-worth individuals, complex structures and contested estates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' PAE in Wills & Estates / succession law.
• Strong estate administration or estate planning experience.
• Experience with complex estates, trusts and testamentary trusts.
• Exposure to estate litigation or contested estates is a plus.
• Ability to manage matters and client relationships with autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Autonomy to manage matters while learning from a recognised specialist.
• Mentor junior practitioners and contribute to practice development.
• Work across advisory and contentious succession matters.
