A regional water authority in Victoria is looking for a Senior Water Treatment Lead to provide leadership and ensure operational efficiency in its Water Treatment team. The ideal candidate should have significant expertise in water treatment processes, a relevant engineering or science qualification, and strong team management skills. Flexibility in working arrangements is available. This role is critical for aligning operational activities with safety and regulatory standards.

We’re seeking a Senior Water Treatment Lead to provide strong leadership and cultivate a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence within our Water Treatment team. In this role, you will drive a commitment to safety, risk management, and regulatory compliance while ensuring operational efficiency and budget oversight. Your expertise will be key in aligning all activities with operational goals, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
