DuPont in New South Wales seeks a Senior Water Process Engineer (R&D - Membrane Technology & Product Development) to lead pilot-scale development, optimize UF/MBR processes and support product commercialisation.

You will guide pilot and validation programs, analyze performance data, and translate findings into actionable process improvements while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with global teams.

Qualificações

• Essential: degree in chemical/environmental/water engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in water treatment or filtration tech.
• Strong knowledge of UF/MBR, fouling and cleaning processes.
• Experience with pilot plants and field tests.
• Proficient in PLC/SCADA and data analysis; strong communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and optimisation of UF and MBR technologies.
• Plan and run pilot trials and validation programs.
• Analyse pilot and field performance data; drive improvements.
• Support technology transfer from R&D to manufacturing.
• Provide technical support to commercial and field teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to roadmaps.
