Job summary

Aggreko in Cloncurry is seeking a Senior Store Person to support day-to-day inventory workflows, including planning, preparation, documentation and packaging per Aggreko standards. The role operates on a 2:1 roster and liaises with Operations, Logistics, and Projects teams to ensure on-time deliveries.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years of warehouse experience, current vehicle and forklift licenses, and proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years warehouse experience.
• Current vehicle and forklift license required.
• Heavy Rigid license preferred.
• Able to learn inventory ERP system quickly and gain knowledge of products, people and locations.
• Proficient in MS Office – Teams, Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
• Good communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks for inwards and outwards goods.
• Control and record all incoming and outgoing equipment movements.
• Maintain accurate inventory data and stock levels using internal systems.
• Analyze stock take results and investigate variances.
• Ensure adherence to inventory processes, procedures, and controls.
• Conduct spot audits and on-site inventory checks as required.
• Work closely with Operations, Logistics, and Projects teams.
• Maintain all documentation for accurate inventory management.
• Attend to external delivery vehicles for all incoming and outgoing deliveries.
• Maintain accurate account of inventory in central store warehouse.
• Action time sensitive inventory requests for spare parts in stock.
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with internal stakeholders
• Communicate with vendors to resolve problems related to deliveries and returns.
• Comply with all QHS&E policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
