Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in small animal GP veterinary practice.
• Strong clinical judgement and communication skills.
• Interest in mentoring and contributing to clinic leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based medical care with autonomy.
• Mentor junior colleagues and support clinical standards.
• Collaborate with the Veterinary Director and leadership team.
