About the Role

We are seeking a suitably qualified Valuer/Senior Valuer, with a current specialisation, or interest to specialise in Infrastructure, Plant and Equipment with experience in financial reporting and insurance valuations. We can provide you growing volumes and a diverse client base. With strong administration support, national systems in place and a true one‑team culture, you will be able to hit the ground running. Where and when you will be working is up to you – we would like to meet you in the middle and find what works!

The role can be based at any of our Acumentis locations including Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth and Sydney.

Skills and Experience
  • Strong experience (minimum of 5 years) in Infrastructure, Plant and Equipment valuation, with experience in Financial Reporting and Insurance Valuations.
  • Ability to work independently and interdependently.
  • Ability and desire to help mentor and develop more junior Valuers and Assistant Valuers.
  • Ability to produce work of a high standard whilst managing competing priorities.
  • Ability to lead valuation projects and project teams.
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
