Lead reserving techniques under IFRS17/AASB17, review TOT components, support external audits, and collaborate with the Head of Valuation to drive strategic finance initiatives while leveraging AI/LLMs to enhance efficiency.

The division is a shared service function and it services all entities in Australia and New Zealand.
The Life Actuarial Risk Management (LARM) team deliver relevant and reliable information on financial reporting, analysis, risk, capital and value to stakeholders. In the life insurance reporting system, IFRS, VNB and local statutory valuations are considered especially complicated. It is LARM’s responsibility to perform and investigate these complex calculations.
