Job summary

Rauland Australia Pty is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to create intuitive, user-centred digital experiences used across hospitals and aged-care facilities in Australia.

You’ll transform complex user needs into thoughtful design solutions, guiding research, discovery, prototyping and testing while collaborating with Product Managers, Developers and cross-functional teams to shape impactful digital products.

Qualifications

• Several years’ experience in UX/UI or Product Design.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or modern design tools.
• Experience designing end-to-end user experiences.
• Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design.
• Experience working in agile product teams.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Healthcare experience is beneficial but not essential.

We’re looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to create intuitive, user-centred digital experiences used every day in hospitals and aged-care facilities across Australia.

The Opportunity

In this role, you’ll be focused on transforming complex user needs into thoughtful design solutions that support clinicians, patients, residents, and care teams. You’ll work across the full design lifecycle—from research and discovery through to prototyping and testing—collaborating closely with Product Managers, Developers, and cross-functional teams to shape and deliver impactful digital products.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and contribute to user research, usability testing, and discovery activities
