Pragmatike is seeking a Senior UI/Frontend Engineer to build high-quality interfaces for data-intensive AI products. You will own features end-to-end, collaborating with design and backend teams to deliver production-ready dashboards at scale.

The role emphasizes UX, performance, and maintainable frontend architecture, with opportunities to shape frontend systems and tooling across Fortune 500–level customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Frontend/UI Engineer.
• Strong proficiency with React and TypeScript in production environments.
• Solid understanding of modern frontend architecture and component-based design.
• Experience building responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces.
• Familiarity with frontend build tools, bundlers, and CI/CD workflows.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with designers and backend engineers.
• Comfortable owning features and shipping to production.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain modern, production-grade web interfaces using React and TypeScript.
• Translate product requirements and design systems into clean, scalable UI components.
• Own complex frontend features end to end, from implementation to production support.
• Optimize UI performance for large datasets, real-time updates, and high-usage dashboards.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to ship user-facing features.
• Establish frontend best practices around state management, testing, and code quality.
• Improve frontend architecture, tooling, and developer experience.
• Debug and resolve production UI issues across browsers and devices.
