Job summary

PKF Melbourne is seeking experienced Transfer Pricing professionals to join our specialist Tax Advisory team. We work with Australian SMEs to multinational enterprises, delivering practical solutions and high-quality advice.

Join our growing Transfer Pricing group and work directly with Partners on complex projects, reviews, APA negotiations with tax authorities, and client meetings. We offer a collaborative, people-focused environment and clear paths to senior roles.

Qualifications

• A degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Law or a related discipline.
• CA qualification and/or Tax Institute accreditation.
• Full Australian working rights.
• 5+ years' experience in transfer pricing or tax consulting.
• Strong analytical, research and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to mentoring others.
• A strong work ethic and genuine passion for client service.

Responsibilities

• Apply transfer pricing, commercial, economic and financial principles to solve complex client challenges.
• Manage client engagements and build strong day-to-day relationships with stakeholders.
• Review transfer pricing analysis, documentation and financial models prepared by junior team members.
• Support Partners on complex projects, reviews, audits and APA negotiations with the ATO and overseas tax authorities.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations and technical discussions.
• Coach, mentor and develop junior team members.
• Identify opportunities to add value to clients and contribute to business development initiatives.
