Are you an experienced commercial property professional with deep knowledge of property management and trust accounting, combined with a passion for training, technology and helping others succeed?

We’re looking for a Senior Training & Onboarding Lead to join Rex Cirrus8 and take a leading role in how we onboard, train and support our clients.

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who understands the complexities of commercial property and can confidently work with clients to translate that knowledge into practical, engaging training.

You’ll be trusted to manage complex client onboardings, deliver high-quality training, improve the way we educate our customers and act as a subject-matter expert for the wider team.

You’ll also help us explore how AI can make training and onboarding smarter, more personalised and more scalable – reducing administration and giving our team more time to focus on meaningful client interactions.

About the Role

As our Senior Training & Onboarding Lead, your primary focus will be ensuring new clients are confident and self-sufficient using Rex Cirrus8 before transitioning to our Support team.

You’ll manage the training journey from initial kick-off through to go-live, working closely with clients to understand their business, portfolio, trust accounting requirements and training needs.

You’ll deliver online and face-to-face training, coordinate onboarding activities, develop learning resources and webinars, and provide ongoing training to existing clients as new functionality is introduced.

As a senior member of the function, you’ll also help set the benchmark for training and onboarding excellence. You’ll share your expertise with others, provide guidance on complex client situations and continuously look for ways to improve how we work.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll:

Manage training plans for new clients from kick-off through to successful go-live.

Deliver engaging online and face-to-face training tailored to different clients, portfolios and learning needs.

Act as a key client contact throughout onboarding, including for clients with complex commercial property and trust accounting requirements.

Identify training gaps or risks early and work with clients and internal teams to keep implementations on track.

Coordinate client kick-offs, data reviews, training schedules and key onboarding milestones.

Work closely with our Implementation team to ensure information and actions are completed within required timeframes.

Deliver training on new products and functionality to existing clients and internal teams.

Develop and continuously improve training materials, e-learning content, webinars and our online knowledge base.

Conduct demonstrations for prospective and existing clients, including complex or high-value commercial property portfolios.

Use AI tools to streamline onboarding administration, develop learning content and create more personalised and scalable training experiences.

Explore opportunities for AI-enabled learning, including conversational support, in-app guidance and personalised learning pathways.

Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve the consistency of our onboarding and client communications.

Act as a subject‑matter expert and mentor within the Training & Onboarding function, sharing your commercial property, trust accounting and training expertise.

Continuously look for ways to improve the client experience and help our customers get more value from Rex Cirrus8.

About You

You’ll bring significant experience within commercial property, along with the confidence and credibility to work with experienced property professionals and guide them through change.

Ideally, you’ll have:

Extensive commercial property management experience and a strong understanding of the systems, processes and workflows that support the industry.

Strong hands‑on knowledge of trust accounting within a commercial property or real estate environment.

Significant experience delivering training, onboarding or system education to clients, colleagues or other stakeholders.

Experience managing complex client implementations, onboarding programs or similar projects.

The ability to take complex systems and processes and explain them in a clear, practical and engaging way.

Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.

The confidence to operate autonomously, make sound decisions and take ownership of outcomes.

Experience acting as a subject‑matter expert or mentor to others.

Excellent organisation and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and competing priorities.

Strong problem‑solving skills and the confidence to step into unfamiliar or challenging client situations.

Curiosity about AI and an interest in how emerging technology can improve training, onboarding and customer experience.

A collaborative, adaptable and proactive approach with a genuine passion for delivering an excellent client experience.

Experience using Rex Cirrus8 would be highly regarded and considered a significant advantage.
