Job summary

Amazon Leo is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the embedded software for the Leo direct-to-device payload system. You will own end-to-end strategy from architecture through verification and deployment, partnering with cross-functional teams to scale the NTN solution.

This role requires strong technical judgment, program leadership, and the ability to drive alignment across complex engineering groups.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent.
• Experience leading and interacting with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with embedded software development and hardware-software integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical program management of embedded software for Leo DTD payload across architecture, verification and deployment.
• Develop and maintain program plans, track milestones, and communicate status to leadership.
• Coordinate with business development, software vendors, manufacturing and test teams to scale Leo NTN solutions.
• Identify risks, mitigate issues, and drive alignment across diverse engineering organizations.
