Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Technical Support Engineer, Korean-speaking, to join the CAO Elite team. This remote Australia-based role focuses on advanced threat hunting, intelligence analysis, and dark web monitoring to safeguard customers across industries.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in incident response, threat hunting, cyber threat intelligence, or dark web monitoring, and proven ability to communicate complex findings to stakeholders and executives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in two or more areas: incident response, threat hunting, cyber threat intelligence, or dark web monitoring.
• Exemplary organizational skills with ability to communicate findings to clients; present to executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ownership of assigned customer accounts and be a trusted advisor for CAO Elite customers.
• Perform threat hunting, research dark web data, and tailor threat intelligence for CAO Elite customers.
• Prepare and deliver customer presentations related to intelligence reports and threat hunting findings.
• Respond to customer requests relating to threat intelligence, threat hunting, and dark web monitoring.
