Job summary

WorkPac in Western Australia seeks a Senior Sales / Territory Manager to manage and grow an established WA portfolio. With an 80/20 focus on existing accounts and new business, you will drive relationships, identify growth opportunities and deliver tailored technical solutions.

Based in Welshpool, expect regular Perth travel and occasional trips to Bunbury, Karratha and the Pilbara. An initial training week in Sydney is provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in technical sales, BDM, account management or industrial services.
• Proven success in account growth and business development.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management.
• Sound mechanical and technical aptitude.
• Current drivers licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities.
• Conduct customer visits and territory planning.
• Develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Provide technical and commercial sales support.
• Prepare tailored proposals, quotations and solutions.
• Represent industrial instrumentation solutions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Senior Leadership.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline activity.
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships.
