Job summary

You will work with a team across multiple offices when needed, applying your expertise in formwork, shoring and sequencing under Australian standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• 5 to 10 years of structural engineering experience with a focus on temporary works.
• Knowledge of Australian standards and construction safety principles.
• Proficiency with Strand7, IdeaStatica, and SpaceGass.

Responsibilities

• Designing and documenting temporary works including formwork, falsework, shoring and crane bases.
• Developing construction methodologies and sequencing plans with site teams.
• Carry out detailed structural analysis to ensure safe and buildable designs.
• Visit sites for inspections and provide hands-on engineering guidance.
• Review reports, drawings and calculations for quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with engineers, drafters and consultants to deliver coordinated solutions.
