Job summary

A Canberra-based global technology and professional services organisation is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end technology projects and drive improvements across a complex platform. You will partner with business stakeholders, technology teams and external vendors to ensure delivery on time, within scope and budget, while enhancing platform adoption and user experience.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years of project leadership, strong governance and stakeholder management,

Qualifications

7+ years of experience delivering technology projects in a PM/TPM role.
Strong governance and stakeholder management capability.
Experience with project delivery and business analysis activities.
Exposure to applications, platforms, or product support functions.
Experience with IWMS or workplace technology platforms.
Excellent documentation, communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead end to end technology projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
Drive project governance, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communications.
Facilitate workshops and engage with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
Translate business needs into system enhancements and improvement initiatives.
Support ongoing platform operations, issue triage, and vendor engagement.
Manage financial forecasting, project metrics, resource planning, and delivery performance.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to improve platform adoption, user experience, and business outcomes.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams and locations.
