Austcorp Executive Recruitment PTY Ltd is partnering with a leading Facilities Services Provider to appoint a Senior Technical Facilities / Contracts Manager in Melbourne. The role requires leadership of maintenance, repair and minor works to keep plant and equipment safe, compliant and operational.

You will oversee a team of Facilities Managers and contractors across Melbourne CBD, Docklands and Southbank, with accountability for safety and regulatory compliance and a substantial budget

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance, repair and minor works across multiple buildings including Melbourne CBD, Docklands and Southbank, ensuring plant and equipment are safe, compliant and fully operational.
• Manage a team of Facilities Managers and contractors, overseeing performance and delivery.
• Oversee budgets up to $40M, ensure safety and regulatory compliance across all sites.
