This position is 100% focused on providing technical and warranty support to customers in the field, ensuring timely resolutions and outstanding service.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

• Provide on-site technical and warranty support to customers and Master Dealers.
• Diagnose and resolve complex electrical and pump-related issues.
• Manage warranty cases and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Deliver technical advice and troubleshooting for installations and repairs.
• Support commissioning of commercial systems when required.
