Qualifications

• Commercial experience in Engineering, Product, Design or a related technology role.
• Strong technical, product, design or problem-solving skills relevant to your area.
• Experience working on digital products, platforms or technology in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
• A proactive approach with the ability to take ownership and drive outcomes.
• Interest in innovation, emerging technology and solving real-world problems.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, improve and deliver products, features and technology across the swipejobs platform
• Take ownership of projects and contribute to delivering high-quality outcomes
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, design and business teams to solve complex problems
• Help shape product direction, technical solutions and user experiences
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, usability, reliability and overall customer experience
• Research and apply emerging technologies, tools and best practices to keep our platform ahead of the curve
