Job summary

Acclime Australia is seeking a senior tax professional to lead and develop the tax practice, collaborating with Transfer Pricing and R&D specialists. You will provide high-level tax advisory for private and corporate clients, including international matters, and oversee complex structuring and compliance.

The role requires 7+ years in tax advisory, CTA/CA/CPA qualification, and strong leadership and client-management skills.

Qualifications

• CTA/CA/CPA qualified with strong technical knowledge in Australian tax law.
• 7+ years experience in tax and business advisory preferably in mid-tier/boutique or corporate setting.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to manage teams and projects autonomously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Tax Director in developing and running the tax practice across Acclime Australia.
• Provide tax advisory assistance across Acclime Australia clients including private, corporate and international matters.
• Lead and mentor junior staff and drive business development activities.
• Manage relationships with external advisors, regulators and clients.
• Deliver commercial, risk-aware tax solutions and maintain high-quality client service.
