This is pure consulting work (restructures, franchising, acquisitions) as well as assisting the Business Services staff who handle the compliance work.

CA/CPA qualified, you will be a motivated and proactive lateral thinker with proven commercial acumen with high level verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to deal with a wide variety of people.
