RSM Australia in Adelaide is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the Corporate & International Tax team. You will work across Australian corporate tax and international tax, handling a mix of compliance and advisory engagements for Australian and multinational groups, listed companies, and privately owned businesses.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Commerce or Finance with an Accounting major.
• 2–3 years’ experience in a similar tax role.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.

Aufgaben

• Prepare corporate income tax returns, tax calculations and supporting workpapers.
• Prepare tax effect accounting workpapers and assist with tax reporting engagements.
• Research Australian and international tax issues and prepare technical advice and papers across a range of matters, including tax structuring, tax consolidation, capital gains tax, tax losses, thin capitalisation and tax governance.
• Assist with Country-by-Country reporting, Pillar Two compliance and transfer pricing documentation for multinational groups.
• Assist with tax due diligence engagements in connection with business acquisitions and disposals, including identifying key tax risks and preparing due diligence reports.
• Assist with ATO reviews, queries and other tax authority matters.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and develop an understanding of clients’ businesses and commercial objectives.
• Work collaboratively with senior team members and contribute to the development of junior staff.
• Contribute to internal technical development and tax training sessions.
