Job summary

Emploi is seeking a Senior Tax Accountant/Client Manager to take responsibility for a portfolio of clients and contribute to the growth of the firm. You will manage a portfolio worth roughly $500k–$600k in fees and advise on compliance and tax matters.

Lead and mentor junior staff, review work to ensure quality, and collaborate with the Principal on advisory and external CFO-type activities. Flexible to consider full-time or part-time arrangements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Tax / Business Services experience.
• Experience managing a portfolio of clients.
• Strong technical accounting and taxation skills.
• Ability to provide practical business and advisory advice.
• Solid review and staff management skills.
• Genuine interest in mentoring and developing people.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.

This is a growing accounting practice looking for an Senior Tax Accountant or Client Manager to take responsibility for a portfolio of clients and play an important role in the development of the team and firm.
The role will involve managing a client base worth approximately $500k to $600k in fees and advising them on compliance and tax matters.
