Qualifications

• Strong networking expertise including routing, switching, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based solutions like Azure and AWS.
• Proven experience in a senior technical role within an MSP.
• Advanced troubleshooting abilities with a passion for continual learning.
• Strong leadership skills and experience with project management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead and primary escalation point.
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and knowledge-sharing across all levels.
• Manage and oversee project delivery, including scoping and implementation.
• Maintain compliance with security policies and best practices.
• Record a minimum of 6 billable hours per day and ensure accurate timesheet submissions.
