As a Senior Systems Engineer in our End User Compute Program), you will support, maintain, and enhance the Imprivata Rapid Access platform hosted in Microsoft Azure. The role also contributes to the ongoing modernisation of critical health infrastructure supporting clinicians and healthcare staff across NSW Health.
In this role, you will:
About You
Brings 5+ years’ experience in Systems Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or Senior Systems Administration supporting large-scale enterprise environments. Has strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID, with a solid understanding of cloud and infrastructure services. Possess hands‑on experience with identity and access management (IAM), Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi‑Factor Authentication (MFA), and enterprise authentication solutions.
Is a strong problem solver with the ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure, authentication, networking, and application issues, while collaborating effectively across technical teams. Is adaptable, proactive, and committed to continuous learning, with the ability to quickly develop expertise in Imprivata and contribute to the delivery of secure, modern healthcare technology services.
