Zusammenfassung

A&L Windows & Doors, part of the VENTORA Group, is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager for our Queensland manufacturing site in Stapylton. You will lead purchasing, planning, inventory, warehousing and logistics to ensure reliable material flow for production and customers.

You’ll work with Operations, Production, Planning, Finance and Sales to drive improvements, manage a supply chain team and focus on safety, working capital and service levels. This is a site-based role in Australia.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in supply chain within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of purchasing, planning, inventory, warehousing and logistics.
• Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and reporting.
• Understanding budgets, working capital and supply chain costs.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Health and Safety understanding.

Aufgaben

• Lead purchasing, material planning, inventory, warehousing and logistics.
• Ensure material availability and continuity of supply to meet production requirements.
• Optimize inventory, working capital and material flow.
• Oversee purchasing and Buy-to-Pay processes and manage supplier relationships.
• Manage warehouse operations and domestic and international freight.
• Drive cost savings and improvements across supply chain processes.
• Monitor performance across safety, cost, service, inventory and delivery.
• Lead, coach and develop the supply chain team and foster safety and continuous improvement.
