Bunnings Group is seeking a Senior Supervisor to lead a high‑performing team at our Yeppoon store. You’ll partner with the leadership group to ensure a safe, well‑stocked store that delivers an outstanding customer experience every day.

You’ll guide and coach team members, manage day‑to‑day operations, and drive workforce planning while maintaining a positive, collaborative work environment across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail or customer-facing leadership or supervisory role.
• Confidence supporting store operations, including safety, stock management and customer service.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems in a practical way.
• Availability to work across a rotating roster, including opening and closing shifts.

Responsabilités

• Lead from the front, creating a welcoming, safe and well-presented store environment that sets the tone for a great customer experience.
• Support day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing, and stepping into site leadership when required.
