Job summary

Worley Consulting in Australia is seeking a Senior Management Consultant with 6–10 years of experience to help energy, chemicals and resources clients navigate transition, decarbonisation strategies and major capital investments.

You will deliver strategic and commercial advisory across sectors, mentor junior consultants, and work with senior stakeholders to transform plans into action within Worley’s global delivery network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree as specified in the qualifications.
• Approximately 6-10 years of experience in management/strategy consulting or related environments.
• Experience with energy, chemicals, resources sectors.

Responsibilities

• Deliver strategic and commercial advisory engagements across energy, chemicals, resources and industrial sectors.
• Support growth strategies, investment plans and portfolio optimisation.
• Advise on energy transition and decarbonisation opportunities.
• Contribute to market studies, business cases and investment evaluations.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the Advisory team growth.
