You will operate cutting and polishing equipment, read drawings, and ensure accurate measurements while prioritising safety. This position supports residential and commercial projects and requires reliable teamwork.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a stone fabricator or similar role.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Physical fitness for manual labour and heavy equipment.
• Knowledge of safety regulations in workshop environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate stone cutting and polishing equipment to fabricate materials to design specs.
• Measure, mark and cut stone using hand tools and machinery.
• Inspect finished products against client requirements.
• Prepare stone for installation including edge finishing.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and record material usage.
• Collaborate with team to meet production schedules.
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform routine maintenance.
