Job summary

MedHealth Group is seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join a large multidisciplinary team across home, school and community settings. You will lead clinically while continuing to deliver high-quality therapy and mentoring for peers.

The role offers a 12-month Team Lead Development Pathway to build coaching, leadership and day‑to‑day team leadership skills, with flexibility to balance clinical work and career growth.

Qualifications

• Certified Practising Speech Pathologist with SPA registration.
• 5+ years’ clinical experience.
• Experience working within the NDIS.
• Enjoy collaborating in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Willingness to share knowledge and support others.
• Curious about leadership and advancing to Team Lead.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based therapy across home, school and community settings.
• Complete assessments and develop participant-centred therapy plans.
• Work with a large, experienced multidisciplinary team.
• Bring clinical experience to mentor others in the team.
• Continue building leadership capabilities while maintaining clinical work.
• Make a genuine difference in participants' lives daily.
