MedHealth Group in NSW is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our growing team serving the Inner West and surrounding areas.

You will deliver services in homes, schools and local communities, manage your caseload, and work with a multidisciplinary team to improve communication skills and participation for participants and their families. We offer flexibility, competitive packages and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
• Experience as a practising Speech Pathologist.
• Strong time management to handle a varied caseload.
• Passion for supporting people with disability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech pathology services in homes, schools and the local community
• Manage and prioritise your own caseload
• Complete observations and standardised assessments to set meaningful goals
• Provide evidence-based therapy that builds communication skills and independence
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to support participant outcomes
