Job summary

Therapy Connect seeks a highly motivated Senior Speech Pathologist to join the Student Support Services team in Inner Gippsland, Moe. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, delivering complex clinical work and strategic leadership to enhance student learning and wellbeing.

The role focuses on preventative and early intervention approaches, building team capability, and partnering with schools, families and communities to enable inclusive learning environments.

Qualifications

• Graduate or post-graduate qualification in speech pathology or equivalent.
• Accreditation with Speech Pathology Australia.
• Working with Children Check and a valid Australian Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and provide professional and operational leadership to a Student Support Services team.
• Deliver high-quality, complex clinical and consultative work to support students' educational goals.
• Co-ordinate student support services within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Develop and implement strategies for service delivery within schools.
• Provide authoritative professional advice to management and school leaders on complex cases.
• Support schools to respond effectively to critical incidents.
