Ability Action Australia is seeking an experienced Senior Speech Pathologist to join the Western Sydney team in Parramatta or surrounding suburbs. The role focuses on delivering evidence-based speech pathology services to NDIS participants, within a multidisciplinary team, and mentoring graduates.

Qualifikationen

• Current Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
• Experience delivering Speech Pathology services, ideally in disability or community settings.
• Experience supervising or supporting graduate/early-career clinicians.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Speech Pathologist in Parramatta or surrounding suburbs to join our Western Sydney team, supporting a varied community-based caseload.

In this role you will

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based Speech Pathology services to NDIS participants
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support positive outcomes
• Provide informal support and guidance to graduate and early-career clinicians through collaboration and shared practice
• Contribute to service improvement initiatives and clinical discussions, drawing on your experience
