Job summary

De Silva Kids Clinic in Mill Park, Victoria, seeks a Senior Speech Pathologist to lead clinical practice and develop junior clinicians. You’ll own clinical leadership, supervise at a high level, and drive professional development within a multidisciplinary team of Speech Pathologists, OTs and Psychologists.

You’ll have protected supervision time, an annual PD budget, and flexible hours (8am-4pm or 9am-5pm) with options for full-time or 4-day week, plus a team culture focused on growth,

Qualifications

• Qualified Speech Pathologist with SPA registration.
• 3+ years’ experience including clinical supervision.
• Interest in neurodivergent children and family-centred practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop junior Speech Pathologists and university placement students.
• Deliver professional development and training across our multidisciplinary team.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, systems and team performance.
• Deliver paediatric assessment and intervention across presentations including Autism, ADHD, PDA, CAS and more.
• Deliver individual and group sessions in a 100% clinic-based role.

We’re looking for a Senior Speech Pathologist to take ownership of clinical leadership, develop junior clinicians and help drive clinical excellence. Reporting to our Team Leader, you’ll provide high-level clinical supervision, lead professional development and training, and continue delivering high-quality assessment and intervention.

This isn’t a role where you’ll simply turn up, see clients and go home. You’ll have the opportunity to influence people, improve practice and help shape where the clinic goes next.

De Silva Kids Clinic is a therapist-owned and therapist-led paediatric clinic in Mill Park. You’ll work alongside Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists and Psychologists in a purpose-built environment – with the autonomy and support to do your best work.
