Job summary

Allied Kids Therapy in Melbourne is seeking a full-time Speech Pathologist to support a predominantly paediatric caseload across schools, homes and clinics. You will deliver evidence-based assessment and intervention, focusing on communication skills for children and families.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, have opportunities to mentor others, access a $2,000 annual PD budget, and enjoy flexible scheduling with some work-from-home days, paid petrol, and regular team events.

Qualifications

• Full-time Speech Pathologist with 3+ years' experience.
• A passion for working with a predominantly paediatric community caseload.
• Full driving licence and access to a car.
• Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia.

Responsibilities

• Deliver paediatric clinical services addressing communication needs for children and families.
• Mentor and supervise junior clinicians within a multidisciplinary team.
• Provide autonomous care with clinician support and collaboration for complex cases.
• Contribute to service development and patient-centered care.
