Job summary

Concentric is seeking a Senior Speech Pathologist in Revesby NSW to advance clinical leadership and mentorship. You’ll oversee diverse caseloads across paediatrics, adults and NDIS, performing assessments and developing evidence-based therapy plans in clinic and community settings.

You’ll collaborate with OTs, Physios, educators and support networks, while guiding less experienced clinicians and contributing to professional development within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology.
  • Current Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) membership/eligibility.
  • 3+ years experience in the NDIS and/or community setting.
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
  • Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse caseload across paediatrics, adults and NDIS.
  • Complete comprehensive speech, language and communication assessments.
  • Develop individualized, evidence-based therapy plans.
  • Deliver engaging interventions across clinic and community settings.
  • Mentor and support other Speech Pathologists, sharing knowledge.
  • Collaborate with OTs, Physios and other Allied Health professionals.
  • Coach families with education and practical strategies.

You’ll work across clinic and community settings, supporting NDIS participants and community clients across the lifespan to achieve meaningful communication, participation and independence goals.

  • Continue developing your own clinical expertise through mentoring, supervision and professional development
