Orica Limited is seeking a Senior SHES Specialist for the Helidon Manufacturing Centre to drive safety, health, environment and security excellence across site operations.

You will partner with site leaders to safeguard people, strengthen process safety, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver sustainable improvements across manufacturing and supply chain. This role sits on the Site Leadership Team and shapes SHES performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in process safety and major hazard management.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory governance and governance frameworks.
• Experience with ICAM incident investigation and root cause analysis.
• Ability to lead risk assessment, assurance and auditing activities.
• Proven leadership coaching and safety culture development skills.
• Data-driven SHES performance reporting and strategic risk management.

We are seeking a Senior SHES Specialist to join our Helidon Manufacturing Centre and help drive a strong culture of safety, health, environment and security excellence. Partnering with leaders across the site, you'll play a critical role in managing risk, improving performance, and supporting operational success through practical, people-focused SHES leadership.

As a member of the Site Leadership Team, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our people, strengthening process safety, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering sustainable operational improvements across manufacturing and supply chain operations.
