We are seeking a talented Senior Sous Chef / Functions Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. This is a hands‑on leadership role, perfect for a chef who thrives in both day‑to‑day kitchen operations and the excitement of delivering high‑quality functions and events.

About the Role
  • Support the Head Chef in managing all aspects of kitchen operations.
  • Lead menu planning, preparation, and execution for weddings, corporate events, and private functions.
  • Ensure consistency, quality and creativity across all food service.
  • Mentor, train and inspire junior chefs and kitchen staff.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cost control.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef in a high-volume kitchen.
  • Strong background in functions, banquets or large-scale catering.
  • Ability to lead a team with passion, professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple events and service needs.
  • A creative flair for food presentation and menu innovation.
