Job summary

Bairnsdale Regional Health Service (BRHS) in East Gippsland, Victoria, invites applications for Sonographers at Grade 3 or Grade 4. You will perform a broad range of ultrasound examinations in a modern Medical Imaging department, supported by experienced radiologists and a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• ASAR registration with ASA eligibility.
• Qualifications in ultrasound +/- radiography.
• Experience performing a broad range of ultrasound examinations.
• Strong patient-centred communication and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Perform a broad range of ultrasound examinations.
• Collaborate with radiologists, clinicians and imaging staff.
• Grade 4: mentor junior staff and contribute to service development.
• Provide high-quality patient care and maintain safety standards.
